Classic Banana Bread
There's a reason everyone bakes banana bread when stuck at home. It's easy, delicious, and makes the house smell amazing.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt.
Instructions
- Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
- Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool completely before slicing (if you can wait!).
