Classic Banana Bread

There's a reason everyone bakes banana bread when stuck at home. It's easy, delicious, and makes the house smell amazing.

Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt.

Instructions

  1. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
  2. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing (if you can wait!).
