Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes
Ditch the mix. These homemade pancakes are lighter, fluffier, and taste so much better.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another.
- Pour wet into dry and mix gently. Lumps are good!
- Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Cook on a hot, buttered griddle until bubbles form on top, then flip.
- Serve with warm maple syrup.
