Classic Lasagna

A labor of love that feeds many. This lasagna is saucy, cheesy, and holds together perfectly.

Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • Sauce: 1 lb ground beef, 1 jar marinara sauce, onion, garlic.
  • Cheese: 15oz ricotta, 1 egg, 4 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan.

Instructions

  1. Brown meat with onion and garlic. Stir in sauce.
  2. Mix ricotta with egg and parmesan.
  3. Layer: Sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella. Repeat.
  4. Bake covered at 375°F for 40 mins.
  5. Uncover and bake 10 more mins until cheese is golden.
