Super Moist Chocolate Cupcakes
These cupcakes are so moist they almost melt in your mouth. The batter is very thin, which is normal! This ensures a light and airy texture after baking.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin.
- Mix All: In a large bowl, whisk all dry ingredients. Add eggs, buttermilk, water, oil, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth (batter will be thin).
- Bake: Fill liners 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
