Hot Chocolate Cookies
Rich, dark chocolate cookies that taste just like a mug of hot cocoa. The marshmallow topper makes them show-stopping.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar
- 12 large marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate together.
- Beat eggs and sugar. Mix in chocolate mixture. Fold in dry ingredients.
- Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Scoop onto baking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 10 mins.
- Top each cookie with a marshmallow half. Bake 2 more mins.
- Optional: Torch the tops for that campfire look!
