Dark Chocolate Tart
This tart is for serious chocolate lovers. Use high-quality chocolate for the best ganache.
Ingredients
- Crust: 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk.
- Filling: 12 oz dark chocolate, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup butter.
Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients. Press into tart pan. Bake blind at 350°F for 20 mins. Cool.
- Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate and butter. Let sit 5 mins, then whisk until smooth.
- Pour into crust. Chill for at least 3 hours to set.
- Serve with sea salt flakes or berries.
