Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are magical little things that transform liquid into a creamy pudding.

Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla in a jar. Stir well.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with fresh berries before serving.
